About Us

Simon Brown Builders started trading in Pukekohe in 1979. Our specialty in those days was top end renovations to villas and bungalos. We now service all of South Auckland, and we have taken what we learned from those early years and applied that knowledge to renovations of modern homes. Our carpenters have the full range of skills and knowledge to transfer tired old homes into classics and to any home with the minimum of inconvenience to the home occupants.

Critical factors when renovating a house.

1.A healthy living/working relation is developed between the on-site building staff and those living in the home.

2.The property is respected and protected from unnecessary damage.

3.There is on-going dialogue between the SBBL Project Manager and client.

4.Nothing is ‘set in concrete’ until the owner is happy. If it doesn’t look right, we change it.
