Build Master LTD
We had never built a house before. "Where do we start ?" we thought. WE found Quality Builders LTD along with several other listed builders What struck us straight away with Shane Lehmstedt (owner and principal builder) was his honesty. Next we were impressed with the feedback from his referees- basically they were willing to wait till Quality Builders were available to do the job, such was the reputation.
Unlike all other builders we had approached for a quote, Shane provided totally transparent coasting of details of not only his own materials and labour costs but also those of every subcontractor he was using. Everything was above board.
Being as green as we are building our house could have been a stressful (and expensive) process, but instead we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thanks Shane.

We engaged Shane and his team to build our architecturally designed workshop ( to double as a weekend home for a few years) in 2010. It was an unusual design with a number of design elements left for development on site. We were seeking a mix of architectural flair and rustic handcrafted appeal.
Due to our work commitments we were rarely available for design or pricing discussions so we told Shane to build it as if it were his own , and we were sure we would be happy with the outcome.
Shane and his team did a superb job. The completed job was much better than we envisaged and was completed on time as well. Shane also added a lot of value at the design review and pricing stage, advising practical and sensible changes to the architectural design that saved money without impacting on the design objectives.
Shane's team are not only craftsman but have a sense of ownership that is rare. We warmly recommend Shane, Grace and the Quality Builders team
