1) This style of fence is called a rail in between with capping.
It is of very sturdy construction being made with:
* 100x100mm posts
* 75x50mm rails
* 150x19mm pailings
* 100x25mm capping
* 30x9mm bead
* The bead and capping are glued and nailed
* The post centres are evenly spaced to a maximum of no more than 2.0 mtrs apart
* All posts a securely cemented
* All timber products are treated and all nails galvanized
