We have recently employed the services of Ratnesh Kumar of Quality Plasterers as an exterior plaster finishing subcontractor on a renovation project at 61 Sylvan Avenue, Northcote.
The scope of the work was to reclad with an approved EIFS plaster system, (in this case, Putztechnik) over an extensive area of existing exterior wall and to clad a new addition to the property, as well as to provide cladding to a deck parapet.
The project was an extensive, high quality renovation project, and was delivered in an extremely professional and workmanlike manner.
All work was adequately documented, well supervised by the manufacturer’s representative, and was completed to the satisfaction of myself as Main contractor, and also the supervising Architect, North Shore City Council, and most importantly, the client.
