After 20 years as a builder, and 12 years since establishing my own company, I provide my clients with absolute confidence in the way their project is handled.
• Build quality new homes (traditional and contemporary designs)
• Residential renovations
• External building projects
I prefer to have a close personal working relationship with every client and i offer a full range of Sub Contractors (from Architect through to interior decoration). I’m also happy and flexible to work with clients at various phases of their project, from:
• Initial planning and layout
• Selection of materials or building methods
• The actual construction
• Scheduling and managing sub-contractors (as required)
• Dealing with building Consent authority's through completion of work obtaining code of compliance certificates.
I am well aware of the potential frustration, stresses and anxiety that can be created with any building project and my aim is to make the building process for each client as enjoyable and easy as it can be.
I’m proud that my quality of workmanship has been noted by owners throughout each build, and that I now have many satisfied clients enjoying their homes.
