December 2010, Gopher was named in the Deloitte Fast 500, which recognises the top technology companies in the Asia Pacific Region. Gopher was named the second fastest growing technology company in New Zealand and came 20th in the entire Asia Pacific region.

November 2010, Gopher was placed second, for the Small Workplace (20-49 employees) category, in the JRA Best Workplaces Hall of Fame. Since this time Gopher has grown rapidly – and now has close to 100 employees.
